Let go of guilt. Practice self acceptance instead

Guilt. I don’t know about you, but I feel a whole lot of it. Over the years though, I’ve become very adept at suppressing my emotions. This means that, a lot of the time, I’m not aware there are issues I’ve yet to resolve. On a good day, I’m convinced I’ve dealt with all my fears and insecurities. They’re done with. In the past.
